John Clarke CEO & Managing Director
Prior to joining Midtown, Mr. Clarke was President and Managing Director of Investment Banking for H.C. Wainwright & Co. During Mr. Clarke’s tenure at Wainwright, the firm became the 3rd and 4th leading U.S. placement agent in number of closed PIPE transactions for the years 2004 and 2005 respectively (source Placementtracker.com). From early 2004, Mr. Clarke served as both the General Securities Principal and the Financial Operations Principal for the firm as well.
Prior to H.C.Wainwright, Mr. Clarke held the position of producing Branch Manager for several NYSE member firms. Since entering the securities industry in 1984, Mr. Clarke has worked with over 100 public companies and assisted in raising in excess of $500 Million in directly placed private capital. In addition, Mr. Clarke has advised private companies in going public via IPO’s and reverse merger process.
Mr. Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the E. Claiborne Robbins School of Finance at the University of Richmond.
Victor Greene Director
Victor joined Midtown Partners in 2010. He has more than three decades of experience advising and raising capital for corporate finance clients in the lower middle markets.
Mr. Greene previously served as Managing Director in the investment banking division at National Securities Co., and also at vFinance, prior to its merger with National Securities. Prior to that role, he worked in investment banking and institutional sales positions at various firms including Spencer Clarke, Laidlaw Global Securities, and Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Greene earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Prakash Mandgi Director
Prakash joined Midtown Partners in 2007. He has extensive experience executing transactions for corporate finance clients in the lower middle market, focusing on the healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors. He is also responsible for the firm’s product coverage related to trade finance.
Prior to joining Midtown, Mr. Mandgi worked as a financial analyst for a Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Company. He has several years of experience in the financial technology sector, having worked in various consulting roles for clients including Citadel Investments, the Chicago Board of Trade, the OCC Corporation, and Starboard Specialty Funds. He also worked as a research assistant at the Heart and Vascular Research at Case Western Reserve University.
Mr. Mandgi earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bombay University. He has obtained the Professional Risk Manager (PRM) designation from PRMIA and is a candidate for the CFA Program.
Michael Rindos Managing Director
Michael Rindos is a veteran Wall Street Equity Analyst / Investment Banker / Strategist with a deep background in TMT (Wireless Services, Towers, M2M/Internet of things/telematics, Satellites, Digital Media) and Consumer (Recreation, Retail/Restaurants, Healthy Living, Digital Life).
Prior to joining Midtown Partners as Managing Director of Investment Banking, Michael held Senior research assignments at: Aegis Capital Corp., Rodman & Renshaw, HC Wainwright, and UBS among others.
Daniel Kazimierz Krzyzanowski Senior Vice President
Dan joined Midtown Partners in 2009 and brings with him over two decades of experience working in commercial and investment banking.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at various firms including Chase Manhattan Bank NA, Bear Stearns, JW Charles, GMS Gruntal, JP Turner, and Hartsfield Capital. Dan is responsible for new business development and has extensive experience advising and raising capital for lower middle market companies.
Mr. Krzyzanowski attended Adelphi University and is a former member of the American Bar Association.
Rory McAdam Senior Vice President
Rory joined Midtown Partners in 2007 and brings with him more than a decade of experience working in a variety of roles including syndicate trading, investment advisory, and investment banking.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McAdam served as a Managing Director at Magna Securities in charge of their syndicate trading desk and originating transactions. He has also gained transaction experience at various firms including Oppenheimer & Co., Merrill Lynch, and Ryan Beck.
Mr. McAdam earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from American International College, and a Bachelor degree from SUNY Geneseo.
Muni S. Jaitly Senior Associate
Muni joined Midtown Partners in the Fall of 2016 as a Senior Associate. He has more than 10 years experience in television and digital media production/operations, having worked regularly for several multi-billion dollar companies, including CBS Corporation and NBC Universal, on their premier/signature properties, brands, and broadcasts. As an Associate Producer, Muni was credited as a member of the NBC Olympics Emmy Award winning team for work performed during the 2008 Beijing Olympics broadcasts. He started his career with CBS News, at 16 years of age, working in the mailroom.
Additionally, Muni has worked for a handful of high-profile technology/social media start-ups as a strategic advisor, providing guidance and expertise on fundraising, operational, and community-building aspects.
Muni holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS from St. John’s University, and a BA from New York University.
Tony Beggio Vice President, Sales
Tony joined the team in 2015 and brings with him more than 20 years of investment banking experience working with small cap companies and de novo community banks.
Prior to joining Midtown Partners, Tony was Sr Vice President of the Bank Development Group at Samco Capital Markets/Commerce Street Capital and also gained experience with bridge loans,private placements and IPO’s at firms Joseph Charles & Associates,Morgan Keegan and Revere Securities.
Mr. Beggio earned a Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing/Material Management from Florida State University.
Bill Relyea Director of Research
Bill joined Midtown Partners in 2008 and is a Director.
Mr. Relyea previously served as Director of Research at H.C. Wainwright & Co. Prior to that, he did research for a number of institutionally focused investment firms and worked as an investment banker. Throughout his career as an analyst, Mr. Relyea was named to the Institutional Investor Magazine “All-American Research Team” twelve times for coverage in imaging technology. He has extensive experience covering and publishing research for companies in a variety of industries including: imaging technology, consumer & industrial electronics, medical devices, alternative energy, clean technology, and composite materials. He also worked for Jardine Fleming in Tokyo as Head of the Electricals group, doing research on opto-electronic and electronics companies in Japan and Korea.
Mr. Relyea earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University, and an undergraduate degree in Physics, also from Cornell University.
Michael Legg Director, Research Analyst
Michael joined Midtown Partners in 2014 as a Director of Research covering the Resource Optimization and Sustainability sector.
Prior to joining Midtown, he was founding principal at CCM Advistory Group, LLC, a lower middle market equity firm. Previously he has served as a research analyst at Roth Capital Partners, Rodman & Renshaw, Alex. Brown, Prudential and Jefferies covering a variety of sectors including metals & mining, industrials, cleantech and emerging growth, among others. In addition he has direct investment experience having worked at MFS Investment Management and Grand Slam Asset Management focusing on small-cap growth companies.
Mr Legg earned an MBA in Finance from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University.
Alec Jaslow Associate, Research Analyst
Alec joined Midtown Partners in 2012 and has since gained industry experience within consumer products and specialty retail.
Mr. Jaslow supports research efforts in all stages including writing, speaking with management, valuation, and financial modeling.
Alec began his career working at a hedge fund where he focused on deep-value and special situations analysis within small cap stocks. Subsequently he held credit and equity analyst positions at various banking institutions.
Mr. Jaslow earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Drew University with honors, where he majored in economics. He is a 2014 Level II CFA Candidate.
Rob Rinderman Director
Rob commenced his career spending seven years on Wall Street as a member of the American Stock Exchange, where he specialized in options and equity trading as a market maker and arbitrageur. Rob followed that with over two decades of corporate communications, investor relations and strategic counsel services to publicly traded companies and their C-Suite executive teams.
In recent years, he has advised many privately held organizations including startups, providing strategic marketing and a wide array of communications and business development assistance. He is also a freelance journalist for a number of different publications. Rob earned an MBA from NYU Stern and a BS from UAlbany. He also passed the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level I exam.
Rome K. Neal Vice President
Rome joined Midtown Partners in the Spring of 2017 as Vice President, Operations. He comes from the digital media industry, bringing over 15 years of experience as a content creator, senior manager, marketing strategist, and division leader. Rome worked for global media organizations that include CBS Corporation, the New York Daily News, and News Corporation.
At the New York Daily News, Rome sought and developed partnerships that created new revenue opportunities in the digital video department. During Rome’s tenure and guidance, improvements specific to video production, distribution, and overall workflow increased unique online video viewership. At News Corporation, Rome launched the New York Post’s first online video channel and player.
As Vice President, Rome handles operational duties and will also spearhead the new Corporate Access initiative, leading efforts to provide a full suite of consultative and logistics services to assist companies in the small cap sector, streamlining client investor relation efforts and maximizing impact.
Rome earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from New York University.
