Midtown Partners is pleased to announce that Andrew Swartz has joined the firm as a Director within the Investment Banking Division. At Midtown, Andrew’s primary responsibility will be to solidify the firm’s investment banking execution while also building relationships with clients and institutional investors.
Andrew brings nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking including numerous capital raising and advisory transactions for middle market clients. Andrew’s extensive natural resources experience includes advising clients in the mining and oil and gas sectors . He also has transactional experience in healthcare, consumer products and various industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Midtown, Andrew served as Vice President in the Global Industrials Group at Citigroup for three years. Prior to Citigroup, he was an Associate in the Global Natural Resources Group at Lehman Brothers, where he executed over 20 financing and advisory transactions. Andrew started his career in investment banking at Rodman & Renshaw (formerly Mabon Securities) where he worked for seven years, and was promoted from Financial Analyst to Associate Director. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Finance from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.
