Midtown Partners Expands Research Department by Adding New Equity Research Analyst
Midtown Partners is pleased to announce that Alec I. Jaslow has joined the firm as an Associate and Equity Research Analyst covering the restaurant and specialty foods sectors. Alec joins the firm after spending several years at different investment banks, including Crédit Agricole CIB, where he gained training and experience as a an equity research analyst. Alec earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Economics from Drew University.

Midtown Partners Approved to Write and Distribute Equity Research Reports

Midtown Partners announced today that pursuant to FINRA Rule 1017; FINRA’s Membership Application Program Group has granted Midtown’s application for continuance in membership with regard to its request to write and distribute research reports.
“Adding an Equity Research department is a logical step in the evolution of the Midtown franchise in the lower middle markets,” noted John Clarke, CEO and Managing Director. “Many great investment opportunities exist within the small cap market sectors. Within specific growth industries our Research team will discover, analyze, and write reports on under-followed companies providing investors with access to ideas that can provide attractive risk-adjusted returns.”
Heading the launch of the Midtown Equity Research department will be Bill Relyea who joined the firm from H.C. Wainwright in 2008. Mr. Relyea has an extensive career as an equity analyst where he has covered a variety of sectors at both domestic and international brokerage firms. Throughout his career, Mr. Relyea has landed on the Institutional Investor's All-American Research Team twelve times.
